Paul
T. Fader, a partner in our firm, was recognized as one of the 100 most
influential people in New Jersey politics by the Observer Media Group's
Politickernj.com.
The Politicker.com Power List 2008 identifies New Jersey's 100 most politically
influential personalities. We looked at policy makers, party
leaders, fundraisers, lobbyists, labor unions, businesses, and associations
and have assembled the ultimate list of New Jerseyans with clout, with an
impact on politics and government in the Garden State.
Paul Fader joined Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader as a named partner
in January 2006, having served as Chief Counsel to New Jersey Governors James
McGreevey and Richard Codey. Paul heads the firm's Construction and Public
Contracting Group and the Government and Regulatory Affairs Group. He also
heads the firm's northern New Jersey office in Rochelle Park.
SANGILLO NAMED TO TOP 40 LAWYERS

Firm partner, Paul A. Sangillo, was recently
named as one of the top 40 lawyers under age 40
by the New Jersey Law Journal.

Sangillo's background in government affairs has meshed perfectly
with his real estate acumen in his recent practice, which focuses
substantially on Newark redevelopment. He served as lead counsel
for the Newark Housing Authority and the Newark Downtown Core Redevelopment
Corp. in connection with the construction of the 18,000-seat Newark/Devils
Prudential Arena, a transaction totaling $350 million, and development
of the Newark Downtown Core, which included transactions totaling
more than $1.5 billion. He supervised a team of associates during
the closing of the transactions.
SangilIo is lead counsel for a series of acquisitions and land
swaps that are necessary to construct a new park across from the
Prudential Arena. He is also involved in significant redevelopment
projects in South Amboy and Ridgefield Park . He has represented
Chase, GMAC and Wachovia in financing transactions for shopping centers
and manufactured housing communities throughout the United States. His volunteer work has included pro bono representation of the
New York City School Construction Working Group and serving as a
commissioner for the Hudson County Ethics Board and as a trustee
of the West New York School Board.

working primarily with clients in the Banking
and Commercial Lending, and Real Estate/Land Use practice areas.
Paul has extensive experience serving as counsel to public bodies.

Firm
partner, Douglas J. Steinhardt, was unanimously
chosen by his peers to serve as the Vice Chairman
of the New Jersey Republican County Chairman's
Association. The Association is comprised of all
21 county chairs in New Jersey. Doug is currently
serving his second term as Chairman of the Warren
County Republican Committee.
In addition, as an
Eagle Scout, Doug volunteers a tremendous amount
of his personal time in service to the Boy Scouts
of
America. He was recently appointed as a
Member of the Board of Directors of the Central
New Jersey Council of the Boy Scouts of
America.

in August 2005. Doug has extensive experience
