Ms. Cardone is an Associate with the Firm working in the areas of Labor and Employment, Education and Litigation Defense. In the last two years at Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader, Ms. Cardone has worked closely with school boards gaining experience in board governance, special education, litigation as well as general labor and employment matters. She has provided significant legal guidance to all of the firm's education clients in various areas with an emphasis on Special Education, general litigation matters, and policy development and implementation. Ms. Cardone has represented the Boards of Education for Phillipsburg, Neptune Township, Camden City, and Warren County Special Services School District. She has also represented Warren County Community College in various education and employment matters.
Ms. Cardone received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University and a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law, where she was secretary to the Corporate Law Society, a finalist in the Hofstra Law Intraschool Trial Competition and a semifinalist on the Hofstra Criminal Trial Team in the Quinnipiac School of Law Annual Trial Competition. While in law school, Ms. Cardone also was a legal intern with the Hofstra University Housing Rights Clinic where she participated in litigation preparation and accompanied the clinic's clients to court.
Ms. Cardone serves as Trustee for the Warren County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania as well as the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
